  2. Federal Taxpayer Registry (RFC).
  3. Unique Population Registry Code (CURP).
  4. Proof of address.

It is worth noting that “Medina Castillo y Asociados” is obliged and must collect from you the necessary data to comply with the applicable legal provisions on the prevention of money laundering, detection of acts, omissions, or operations that could favor, provide assistance, aid, or cooperation of any kind for the commission of crimes provided for in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

“Medina Castillo y Asociados” does not collect sensitive data.

VII. TRANSFER AND DISCLOSURE OF PERSONAL DATA.

X. PROCEDURE OF DENIAL TO SECONDARY PURPOSES OF PERSONAL DATA.

If the data subject wishes to revoke consent for the secondary processing of their personal data, they must do so within a period of 5 (five) business days, by directly sending their request to the Personal Data Department through the email address: administracion@mm-abogados.mx or by postal mail to the address previously cited.

The request must contain:

  1. The name of the data subject, address, and email address to communicate the response to their request.
  2. The documents that prove the identity or, where appropriate, legal representation of the data subject.
  3. A clear and precise description of the personal data for which consent to their secondary purposes is sought to be revoked.
  4. Any other element or document that facilitates the location of the corresponding personal data.

Once the request is received, the Personal Data Department will have a maximum period of fifteen business days to resolve the request on merit; same that will be effective within a maximum period of fifteen business days, counted from the date on which the response was communicated to the data subject.

The request must contain:

  4. Any other element or document that facilitates the location of the corresponding personal data.

XII. ARCO RIGHTS (ACCESS, RECTIFICATION, CANCELLATION OR OBJECTION).

In case the owner of personal data wishes to exercise their ARCO rights (Access, Rectification, Cancellation and Objection) regarding the treatment of their personal data, they must do so by sending their request directly to the Personal Data Department through the email address: administracion@mm-abogados.mx, or by postal mail to the address mentioned above.

The request must include:

  1. The name of the owner, address and email address to communicate the response to their request.
  2. The documents that prove the identity, or in their case, the legal representation of the owner.
  3. The clear and precise description of the personal data regarding which any of the aforementioned rights is sought to be exercised.
  4. Any other element or document that facilitates the location of the corresponding personal data.

Once the request is received, the Personal Data Department will have a maximum period of fifteen business days to resolve the request; which will be made effective within a maximum period of fifteen business days, counted from the date on which the response was communicated to the owner. If the term established by law has elapsed and there is no response to their request, the owner may initiate the ARCO rights protection procedure before the Federal Institute of Access to Information and Personal Data Protection (INAI).

XIII. COOKIES AND WEB BEACONS.

In some cases, our websites may use “Cookies” or “Web Beacons.” Both “Cookies” and “Web Beacons” store personal information such as names or email addresses.
